Positive Hip Hop Vol 2 - Stebo D

Born Steven Adams, Stebo D has been writing and making beats since childhood. Growing up in Atlanta, Ga, he started writing poetry to help deal with the things going on around him. He began making beats, and when his Mother gave him a keyboard for his birthday he discovered his love for production. He quickly realized he had a natural talent with music. He became the neighborhood lyricist. After awhile he realized the artists weren't doing justice to his beats, he started putting his poetry to the beats. Stebos' music is based on the things he has lived, seen and heard. Every song he makes, many people from many backgrounds and situation can relate.

When asked what his goal is, Stebo D had this to say; "I want to bring awareness to the indifferences we face in the urban communites. Through my music, I want to give hope to people who may feel they have nothing to live for. I want to prove to them that if I can make it out, so can they. It doesn't have to be through music. Anyone can strive to be Doctors and Lawyers and maybe even PRESIDENT!"

Stebos music is coming from personal experiences, giving a edge over the competition. When alot of people think of Hip Hop, they tend to think of the negative side, guns, drugs, money and all. Stebo writes lyrics that are deeper and much more meaningful. His music touches on the problems of the lower class communities and reaches out, trying to show the way out of the struggle.
